TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DashixC2 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our services are for testing and demonstration purposes only. You may not use test accounts for unauthorized activities, including but not limited to changing passwords, which will result in an immediate ban. Accounts refresh every 5 days.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including hacking, data breaches, or misuse of provided credentials. Specifically, you are strictly prohibited from targeting government or school systems, or conducting any Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Violation will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
4. Limitation of Liability
DashixC2 is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. End of Life
DashixC2 reserves the right to discontinue services at any time for any reason. In the event that we choose to stop providing services, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
